- 100 g eggs 3.5oz
- 52 g splenda 1.8oz
- 400 g PreGel Salted Peanut Traditional Paste - 73202 14.1oz
Method of Preparation
- Preheat an oven to 176°C/350°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the PreGel Salted Peanut Traditional Paste - 73202 and Splenda. Mix well until combined.
- Add the eggs and mix until well combined.
- Scoop into balls and place on a sheetpan.
- Dip a fork in water, and use it to lightly press the cookies.
- Place in the oven and bake for 7-10 minutes.
