Method of Preparation

  1. Preheat an oven to 176°C/350°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the PreGel Salted Peanut Traditional Paste - 73202 and Splenda. Mix well until combined.
  3. Add the eggs and mix until well combined.
  4. Scoop into balls and place on a sheetpan.
  5. Dip a fork in water, and use it to lightly press the cookies.
  6. Place in the oven and bake for 7-10 minutes.
