Instructions
Preheat an oven to 176°C/350°F.
In a mixing bowl, combine the PreGel Salted Peanut Traditional Paste – 73202 and Splenda. Mix well until combined.
Add the eggs and mix until well combined.
Scoop into balls and place on a sheetpan.
Dip a fork in water, and use it to lightly press the cookies.
Place in the oven and bake for 7-10 minutes.
