Method of Preparation

  1. In a pot, heat the whole milk to 40°C/104°F.
  2. Remove from heat; whisk in PreGel 5-Star Chef Pastry Select™ Pronto Pannacotta (Cooked Cream); whisk in heavy cream.
  3. Place in desired vessel and then place in the refrigerator until set.
