Pistachio Cereal Treats

- 55 g butter
- 200 g marshmallows
- 140 g rice cereal
- 40 g PreGel Five Star Chef Pannacrema Pistachio - 57776
Method of Preparation
- Melt butter in a large pot on the stove over medium heat.
- Add marshmallows and continue melting over low to medium heat.
- Once the marshmallow is barely melted, remove from the heat and add PreGel Pistachio Pannacrema Compound.
- Stir in rice cereal and mix well.
- Spread into a lightly oiled 1/4 sheet pan.
- Allow to cool.
