- 900 g water 31.7oz
- 300 g lime juice 10.6oz
- 330 g sugar 11.6oz
- 500 g PreGel Base Allegra - Alcoholic Base - Hot/Cold Process - 302168 17.6oz
- 250 g vodka 8.8oz
- 1420 g ginger beer 50.1oz
- PreGel Ginger Arabeschi® - 94302 as needed
Method of Preparation
- Combine all of the ingredients and mix well using an immersion blender.
- Process in a batch freezer according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Upon extraction, fold in PreGel Ginger Arabeschi® - 94302.
