- 80 g PreGel Five Star Chef Pronto Crème Caramel (Flan) - 312108
- 500 g milk
- as needed PreGel Caramel Topping - 10106
Method of Preparation
- Heat milk to 40˚C/104˚F.
- Add PreGel Five Star Chef Pronto Crème Caramel; mix well.
- Pour into desired container, refrigerate and allow to set.
- Serve with PreGel Caramel Topping.
