- 1 kg PreGel Maxima Muffin/Cake - 82111
- 160 g brown sugar
- 140 g Milk or Water
- 160 g vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 40 g PreGel Five Star Chef Pannacrema Lemon - 76276
Method of Preparation
- Place all ingredients in the bowl of a stand mixer.
- With a paddle, mix on medium speed for 3 minutes
- Pour into loaf pans that have been greased and floured.
- Bake at 148oC/300oF for 30-45 minutes (depending on size) or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cooking times and temperatures may vary depending on the oven and the mold.
