Method of Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in the bowl of a stand mixer.
  2. With a paddle, mix on medium speed for 3 minutes
  3. Pour into loaf pans that have been greased and floured.
  4. Bake at 148oC/300oF for 30-45 minutes (depending on size) or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  5. Cooking times and temperatures may vary depending on the oven and the mold.
