Instructions
Place all ingredients in the bowl of a stand mixer.
With a paddle, mix on medium speed for 3 minutes
Pour into loaf pans that have been greased and floured.
Bake at 148oC/300oF for 30-45 minutes (depending on size) or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
