- 750 g wine of choice 26.5oz
- 450 g sugar 15.9oz
- 480 g PreGel Base Allegra - Alcoholic Base - Hot/Cold Process - 302168 16.9oz
- 450 g fresh fruit 15.9oz
- 50 g PreGel Fortefrutto® 1.8oz
- 10 g PreGel Fibraplus - Fiber Base Texturizer - 302032 0.4oz
Method of Preparation
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Blend with immersion blender.
- Pour in batch freezer and freeze.
