- 1000 g PreGel Mix for Cones and Wafers Gluten Free
- 720 g hot water
- 30 g melted butter
Method of Preparation
- With a whisk or a mixer, whisk all ingredients together until no lumps are present.
- Ladle about 85g/3oz onto waffle cone machine and allow the cone to cook completely.
- Roll into waffle cone shape and allow to cool.
