- 60 g PreGel Five Star Chef Pannasú® (Powdered Whipped Cream Stabilizer) - 70208
- 1000 g heavy cream
Method of Preparation
- Mix together the heavy cream and PreGel Five Star Chef Pannasu® until free of lumps.
- Continue to whip to desired peaks.
- Pipe as desired.
