- 200 g PreGel Chicco Brule' Mix - 06466
- as needed PreGel Cristalberry Arabeschi® (Cranberry) - 16702
- as needed PreGel CrumbOlé® Otto Caramel (Cookie Butter Crumbles) - 65542
Method of Preparation
- Combine the liquid base and PreGel Chicco Brûlé Mix and blend with an immersion blender.
- Place mix in batch freezer and process according to manufacturer’s instructions.
- Upon extraction fold in PreGel Crystalberry Arabeschi and PreGel Otto Caramel (Cookie Butter) CrumbOle Arabeschi.
