- 1,000 g PreGel Maxima Sacher Mix - 49481
- 450 g eggs
- 130 g water
- as needed Apricot Jam
- as needed PreGel Maxima Bitter (Dark Chocolate) Cream - 62631
Method of Preparation
- Mix together all of the ingredients in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment.
- Paddle everything together on medium high speed for 2 ½ minutes.
- Bake in a sheet pan or cake pan at 170°C/338°F for 20-40 minutes depending on size.
