- 1000 g PreGel Pumpkin Spice Sprint - 305402
- 3000 g whole milk
- as desired PreGel Graham Cracker Arabeschi® - 16272
Method of Preparation
- In a plastic container, combine the PreGel Pumpkin Spice Sprint with the milk and blend with an immersion blender until homogenous.
- Pour the base into the desired soft serve machine and process according to manufacturer’s instructions.
- Swirl the soft serve into desired cup and drizzle with PreGel Graham Cracker Arabeschi®.
