- 80 g PreGel Five Star Chef Pronto Crème Caramel (Flan) - 312108
- 500 g milk
- as desired PreGel Caramel Topping - 10106
Method of Preparation
- Heat milk to 40°C/104°F.
- Add PreGel 5-Star Chef Pastry Select™ Pronto Creme Caramel (Flan); mix well.
- Pour into desired container, refrigerate and allow to set.
- Serve with PreGel Caramel Topping.
