Method of Preparation

  1. In a pot, heat the whole milk to 104°F/40°C.
  2. Remove from heat; whisk in PreGel 5-Star Chef Pastry Select™ Pronto Pannacotta (Cooked Cream) - 312118 and then whisk in heavy cream.
  3. Place in desired mold and place in refrigerator for about two hours until set.
  4. Garnish with PreGel Passion Fruit Arabeschi® (Passion Fruit with Seeds) - 84006 and fresh fruit.
