Unit of Measurement
- 2500 g warm water 88.2oz
- 1 PreGel Dark Chocolate Sprint - 305818 0.0oz
- PreGel Pino Pinguino Orange - 12972
Method of Preparation
- Combine all ingredients.
- Mix well with an immersion blender for 2-3 minutes.
- Process in gelato batch freezer per machine instructions.
- Pour a layer of PreGel Pino Pinguino Orange - 12972 on top of the sorbetto and decorate as you like.
