Instructions for Green Mint Gelato (Hot Process)
  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bucket.
  2. Mix well for 2-3 minutes using an immersion blender.
  3. Place in Hot Process machine and process according to machines instructions.
Instructions for Green Mint Gelato (Cold Process)
  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bucket.
  2. Mix well for 2-3 minutes using an immersion blender.
  3. Place in gelato batch freezer and process according to machines instructions.
Instructions for Irish Cream Gelato (Hot Process)
  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bucket.
  2. Mix well for 2-3 minutes using an immersion blender.
  3. Place in Hot Process machine and process according to machines instructions.
Instructions for Irish Cream Gelato (Cold Process)
  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bucket.
  2. Mix well for 2-3 minutes using an immersion blender.
  3. Place in gelato batch freezer and process according to machines instructions.
Instructions for Method of Assembly
  1. Place in gelato batch freezer and process according to machines instructions.
  2. Once both gelatos have been spun, alternate dollops of each gelato into a fresh pan until the new pan is composed of half of both green mint and irish cream.
  3. Shape as normal and garnish as desired.
