Method of Preparation
Instructions for Green Mint Gelato (Hot Process)
- Combine all ingredients in a large bucket.
- Mix well for 2-3 minutes using an immersion blender.
- Place in Hot Process machine and process according to machines instructions.
Instructions for Green Mint Gelato (Cold Process)
- Combine all ingredients in a large bucket.
- Mix well for 2-3 minutes using an immersion blender.
- Place in gelato batch freezer and process according to machines instructions.
Instructions for Irish Cream Gelato (Hot Process)
- Combine all ingredients in a large bucket.
- Mix well for 2-3 minutes using an immersion blender.
- Place in Hot Process machine and process according to machines instructions.
Instructions for Irish Cream Gelato (Cold Process)
- Combine all ingredients in a large bucket.
- Mix well for 2-3 minutes using an immersion blender.
- Place in gelato batch freezer and process according to machines instructions.
Instructions for Method of Assembly
- Place in gelato batch freezer and process according to machines instructions.
- Once both gelatos have been spun, alternate dollops of each gelato into a fresh pan until the new pan is composed of half of both green mint and irish cream.
- Shape as normal and garnish as desired.
