- 800 g PreGel Fruit Lounge® - Mango - 30576
- 1 PreGel Neutral Base - 11901
- 4000 g water
- 60 g lemon juice
Method of Preparation
- Blend all ingredients together and pour into a metal pan.
- Place in freezer until completely frozen.
- Scrape granita with a fork.
- Alternatively, place liquid mix into a granita machine and process according to manufacturer’s instructions.
