- 150 g cream
- 540 g sugar
- 60 g PreGel Dextrose - Sweetening Agent - 83612
- 300 g PreGel Totalbase®-301148
- 150 g PreGel Lemon 50 Powdered Flavor - 306038
- as needed PreGel Coriandolina® Coating - Strawberry - 90702
Method of Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in a large bucket and mix well with an immersion blender.
- Place into a batch freezer and process according to manufacturer instructions.
- Extract 1/3 of the gelato.
- Mix in PreGel Strawberry Coriandolina.
- Repeat.
