Method of Preparation

  1. In a pot combine the whole milk and PreGel 5-Star Chef Pastry Select™ Pronto Pannacotta (Cooked Cream) - 312118 and heat up to 40°C/104°F.
  2. Remove from heat and add desired PreGel Traditional Paste or Fortefrutto®. Mix well to completely dissolve.
  3. Add heavy cream.
  4. Place in desired cup, place in the refrigerator until set.
