Instant Pannacotta with Flavoring

- 250 g PreGel Five Star Chef Pronto Pannacotta (Cooked Cream) - 83514
- 500 g whole milk
- 500 g heavy cream
- 38-63 g PreGel Traditional Paste or Fortefrutto®
Method of Preparation
- In a pot combine the whole milk and PreGel 5-Star Chef Pastry Select™ Pronto Pannacotta (Cooked Cream) - 312118 and heat up to 40°C/104°F.
- Remove from heat and add desired PreGel Traditional Paste or Fortefrutto®. Mix well to completely dissolve.
- Add heavy cream.
- Place in desired cup, place in the refrigerator until set.
