Football Field Gelato

Unit of Measurement
- 2500 g whole milk
- 1 bag PreGel Salted Caramel Sprint - 305022
- as needed PreGel Pino Pinguino® Bianco Arabeschi® - White Chooclate - 93502
- as needed green gel color
- as needed white chocolate, melted
Method of Preparation
- Blend the milk and PreGel Salted Caramel Sprint with an immersion blender.
- Let mix age and hydrate for ½ hour (optional)
- Pour into a batch freezer and freeze accordingly.
- Extract into a flat pan and allow to freeze in the blast freezer for 15 minutes.
- Mix green food coloring into PreGel Pino Pinguino Bianco and pour on top of the flat pan of gelato and freeze for 10 more minutes.
- Used the melted white chocolate to pipe on the pan to make it look like a football field.
- Decorate with a goal post, football and your favorite football team.
