white chocolate, melted
Instructions
Blend the milk and PreGel Salted Caramel Sprint with an immersion blender.
Let mix age and hydrate for ½ hour (optional)
Pour into a batch freezer and freeze accordingly.
Extract into a flat pan and allow to freeze in the blast freezer for 15 minutes.
Mix green food coloring into PreGel Pino Pinguino Bianco and pour on top of the flat pan of gelato and freeze for 10 more minutes.
Used the melted white chocolate to pipe on the pan to make it look like a football field.
Decorate with a goal post, football and your favorite football team.
