Method of Preparation

  1. In a large mixing container, combine all ingredients except the espresso and the PreGel Caramelllatte Arabeschi® (Caramel & Milk) - 17206.
  2. Mix together with immersion blender for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Allow to age in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  4. Pour in desired soft serve machine and freeze according to the manufactures instructions.
  5. Using a piping bag or a spoon, swirl PreGel Caramelllatte Arabeschi® (Caramel & Milk) - 17206 around the outside of a clear cup or glass.
  6. Fill the glass 1/8 full with the freshly brewed espresso.
  7. Swirl the Cinnamon Dolce Latte Soft Serve into the glass.
  8. Garnish as desired and serve.
