- 400 g warm water
- 300 g PreGel Five Star Chef Pastry Select™ Chocolate Souffle - 312068
- as needed PreGel Forest Berries Topping - Bilberries - Raspberries & Black Currants - 88206
Method of Preparation
- Preheat oven to 196°C/385°F.
- Butter and sugar desired ramekins for baking.
- Place all ingredients in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment.
- Mix on low speed for 30 seconds to dissolve the powder.
- Mix on high speed for 4 minutes.
- Pipe mixture into ramekins and bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Top with PreGel Forest Berries Topping (Bilberries, Raspberries & Black Currants) - 88206 and serve immediately.
