- 400 g sugar
- 100 g PreGel Dextrose - Sweetening Agent - 83612
- 100 g PreGel Nonfat Dry Milk - Grade A - Low Heat - 314005
- 500 g heavy cream
- 800 g whole milk
- 500 g PreGel Prontociocc Traditional Paste (Sweetened Chocolate) - 28322
- 1,700 g stout beer
- As needed stout brownie pieces
Method of Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in a large bucket and mix well with an immersion blender.
- Place mix in batch freezer, and process according to manufacturer’s instructions.
