Method of Preparation

  1. Slice sweet bun in half.
  2. Spread PreGel Chocolate - Hazelnut Arabeschi on the top and bottom of the inside of the sweet bun.
  3. Place a scoop of PreGel Chocolate Hazelnut Gelato onto the bottom half of the sweet bun.
  4. Cover with top of sweet bun.
  5. Place in PreGel Gelato Panini Press - 126400 and warm for 8 seconds.
  6. Remove from machine, slice and serve immediately.
