- 3780 g whole milk
- 1 bag PreGel Banoffee Sprint -56438
- as needed PreGel CrumbOle® Classic Gluten Free - 66622
- as needed PreGel Mou Topping - Creamy Caramel - 19906
Method of Preparation
- Combine together the milk and PreGel Banoffee Sprint; blend with an immersion blender.
- Let the mix age and hydrate for ½ hour (optional).
- Pour into a soft serve machine and freeze accordingly.
- Extract the soft serve and sprinkle on PreGel Gluten Free CrumbOle and PreGel Mou Topping to order.
