Method of Preparation

  1. Combine cream, milk, PreGel Five Star Chef Fiordica Gel Evolution and PreGel Banana Fortefrutto® - 40472 in the bowl of a stand mixer and whip to desired consistency.
  2. Alternate layers of Banana Mousse and PreGel Pino Pinguino® Original Arabeschi® (Chocolate Hazelnut) - 82272 in desired verrine, freezing between each layer.
  3. Place in refrigerator to thaw before serving.
  4. Garnish with PreGel Krocco Milk Arabeschi
