- 150 g cream

- 150 g PreGel Diamant 50 - Milk Base - Hot Process - 301138
- 200 g PreGel Banana Fortefrutto® - 40472
- 50 g PreGel Vanilla Purissima Bean Traditional Paste (American Style Vanilla with Specks) - 23502
- 150 g PreGel Nonfat Dry Milk - Grade A - Low Heat - 314005
- as needed graham cracker pie crust
Method of Preparation
Cold Process
- Combine all ingredients in a large plastic bucket.
- Mix well for 2-3 minutes using an immersion blender.
- Place in batch freezer and process according to machine's instructions.
- Variegate with PreGel Otto Cookie CrumbOle Arabeschi during Extraction
Hot Process
- Combine all ingredients in a large plastic bucket.
- Mix well for 2-3 minutes using an immersion blender.
- Place in batch freezer and process according to machine's instructions.
