- 1 PreGel Mascarpone Sprint - 14801
- 3000 g milk
- 280 g Baileys® Irish Cream
- PreGel Mou Topping - Creamy Caramel - 19906
Method of Preparation
- In a large mixing container, combine the first 3 ingredients.
- Mix together with immersion blender for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in sanitized machine and freeze per machine instructions.
- Top with frozen Baileys - Mascarpone.
- Drizzle PreGel Mou Topping (Creamy Caramel) - 19906 as desired.
