Strawberry Totalbase® Ice Cream (10% Butterfat)
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Blend with immersion blender.
  3. Let the mix age and hydrate for at least ½ hour.
  4. Pour in batch freezer and freeze.
  5. During extracting fold in PreGel Fragolissima Arabeschi® (Whole Strawberries) – 71002.
