Strawberry Pannacotta
Instructions
  1. In a pot heat the whole milk to 40°C.
  2. Remove from heat; whisk in PreGel 5-Star Chef Pastry Select™ Pronto Pannacotta (Cooked Cream) – 312118, heavy cream, red color, and PreGel 5-Star Chef Pastry Select™ Strawberry Compound – 82006.
  3. Place in desired cup, place in the refrigerator till set.
  4. Top with PreGel Wild Strawberry Light Arabeschi® – 23402.
