- 100 g PreGel Five Star Chef Pronto Pannacotta (Cooked Cream) - 83514
- 300 g whole milk
- 300 g heavy cream
- 70 g PreGel 5-Star Chef Pastry Select™ Strawberry Compound - 82006
- as needed red color
- as needed PreGel Wild Strawberry Light Arabeschi® (Wild Strawberries Low Calorie) - 23402
Method of Preparation
- In a pot heat the whole milk to 40°C.
- Remove from heat; whisk in PreGel 5-Star Chef Pastry Select™ Pronto Pannacotta (Cooked Cream) - 312118, heavy cream, red color, and PreGel 5-Star Chef Pastry Select™ Strawberry Compound - 82006.
- Place in desired cup, place in the refrigerator till set.
- Top with PreGel Wild Strawberry Light Arabeschi® - 23402.
