Unit of Measurement
- 500 g PreGel Five Star Chef Frollis - Shortcrust Dough Base - 44524
- 325 g unsalted butter
- 5 g salt
Method of Preparation
- Mix together all ingredients in a mixing bowl fitted with a paddle attachment, mixing until the mixture is smooth and comes together.
- Roll the dough out to 5mm thickness and cut into the desired shape.
- Bake for about 20 minutes at 165˚C/329˚F
