Instructions
Pumpkin Loaf
Place all ingredients except PreGel Otto Caramel CrumbOle in the bowl of a stand mixer
With a paddle, mix on medium speed for 3 minutes. Fold in PreGel Otto Caramel Crumbole.
Pour into loaf pans that have been greased and floured.
Bake at 148°C/ 300°F for 30-50 minutes (depending on size) or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cinnamon Glaze
Whisk all of the ingredients together except PreGel Otto Caramel CrumbOle until combined.
Pour over desired cake and sprinkle on PreGel Otto Caramel CrumbOle and allow to set.
