- 130 g PreGel Five Star Chef Pronto Crème Brûlée (Instant Crème Brûlée Custard) - 312028
- 125 g whole milk
- 125 g pumpkin puree
- 4 g PreGel Cinnamon Traditional Paste - 58472
- 250 g heavy cream
Method of Preparation
- Whisk together all ingredients.
- Pour into ramekins and allow to set.
- Sprinkle granulated sugar on top of the PreGel Five Star Chef Pronto Crème Brûlée (Burnt Cream) - 312028 and caramelize with a torch; serve immediately.
