- 200 g sugar 7.1oz
- 100 g PreGel Dextrose - Sweetening Agent - 83612 3.5oz
- 1500 g champagne 52.9oz
- 500 g water 17.6oz
- 1000 g peach puree 35.3oz
- 100 g PreGel Peach Fortefrutto® - 42072 3.5oz
- 10 g PreGel SETAGEL®Vellutina® - Sorbitol Paste - 70472 0.4oz
- 30 g PreGel Fibraplus - Fiber Base Texturizer - 302032 1.1oz
Method of Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in a large plastic bucket.
- Mix well for 2-3 minutes using an immersion blender.
- Process immediately in batch freezer or place in hot process machine and process according to machine's instructions.
