- 450 g PreGel Base Allegra - Alcoholic Base - Hot/Cold Process - 302168
- 400 g sugar
- 100 g PreGel Dextrose - Sweetening Agent - 83612
- 100 g PreGel Nonfat Dry Milk - Grade A - Low Heat - 314005
- 500 g cream
- 800 g whole milk
- 1700 g milk stout beer
Method of Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in a large plastic bucket.
- Mix well for 2-3 minutes using an immersion blender.
- Place in batch freezer and process according to machine's instructions.
