- 400 g sugar 14.1oz
- 100 g PreGel Dextrose - Sweetening Agent - 83612 3.5oz
- 100 g PreGel Nonfat Dry Milk - Grade A - Low Heat - 314005 3.5oz
- 500 g cream 17.6oz
- 1700 g Mexican beer 60.0oz
- Lime Super Sprint Gelato
- 1 PreGel Lime Sprint - 352832 1 bag
- 2500 g water 88.2oz
Method of Preparation
Instructions for Mexican Beer Gelato
- Combine all ingredients in a large plastic bucket.
- Mix well for 2-3 minutes using an immersion blender.
- Process immediately in batch freezer according to machine’s instructions.
Instructions for Lime Super Sprint Gelato
- Combine all ingredients in a large plastic bucket.
- Mix well for 2-3 minutes using an immersion blender.
- Process immediately in batch freezer according to machine’s instructions.
Instructions for Final Assembly
- Swirl Mexican Beer Gelato and Lime Super Sprint Gelato together to create desired flavor
