- 2500 g whole milk
- 1000 g PreGel Pumpkin Spice Sprint - 305402
- 175 g PreGel Mascarpone 30 Powdered Flavor - Italian Cream Cheese - 307028
Method of Preparation
- In a large mixing container, combine all ingredients.
- Mix well for 2-3 minutes with an immersion blender.
- Place in gelato batch freezer and follow the machine instructions.
