- 4000 g water
- 290 g PreGel Maple Traditional Paste - 31562
Method of Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in a large bucket.
- With an immersion blender, mix well for 2-3 minutes.
- Place in soft serve machine, and process according to manufacturer’s instructions.
