  1. Mix together all ingredients in a mixer with a paddle attachment mix until smooth and the mixture comes together.
  2. Roll the mixture out to a thickness of 5mm and then cut into the desired shape; be sure to cut a smaller hole into ½ of your cookies to make the sandwiches.
  3. Bake for approximately 15-20 minutes at 170˚C/338˚F.
  4. Once cooled fill with PreGel Strawberry Extra Arabeschi.
