- 1 PreGel Green Tea Sprint - 91901
- White Chocolate Soft Serve
- 2700 g whole milk
- 200 g cream
- 600 g sugar
- 150 g PreGel Fruttosa® - Water & Milk Base - Hot/Cold Process - 302198
- 50 g PreGel Nonfat Dry Milk - Grade A - Low Heat - 314005
- 370 g PreGel Cioccobianco Traditional Paste (White Chocolate) -55502
Method of Preparation
Instructions for Green Tea Soft Serve
- In a large bucket, combine milk and PreGel Green Tea Super Sprint - 91901 and mix well.
- Place mix in soft serve machine and process according to manufacturer’s instructions.
Instructions for White Chocolate Soft Serve
- Combine all ingredients in a large plastic bucket.
- Mix well for 2-3 minutes using an immersion blender.
- Place in soft serve machine and process according to manufacturer’s instructions.
