  1. Place the scoop of Green Mint Gelato in between 2 store bought chocolate chip cookies.
  2. Freeze in shock freezer for 5 minutes to bring the temperature of the cookies down.
  3. Dip half way in desired flavor of PreGel Coriandolina.
