- 1 PreGel Green Mint Sprint -305562
- 2 chocolate chip cookies
- as needed PreGel Coriandolina® Coating - Chocolate - 90602
Method of Preparation
- Place the scoop of Green Mint Gelato in between 2 store bought chocolate chip cookies.
- Freeze in shock freezer for 5 minutes to bring the temperature of the cookies down.
- Dip half way in desired flavor of PreGel Coriandolina.
