- 1 PreGel Mascarpone Sprint - 14801
- 3200 g whole milk
- 150 g PreGel Caffe Barista Traditional Paste (Cappuccino) - 27522
- as needed whipped cream
- as needed PreGel Five Star Chef Cacao Togo (Cocoa Powder) - 70148
Method of Preparation
- 1.In a large mixing container, combine all ingredients.
- 2.Mix together with immersion blender for 2-3 minutes.
- 3.Allow to age in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- 4.Pour in sanitized machine and freeze per machine instructions.
- 5.Once ready, dispense into mug and top with whipped cream and PreGel Cacao Togo (Cocoa Powder) - 70148.
