  1. Combine Water and PreGel Eclair Mix in Bowl of stand mixer fitted with paddle attachment.
  2. mix on med speed for about 10 minutes.
  3. Allow the dough to rest for about 5-10 minutes.
  4. Pipe the mixture into the fryer.
  5. Remove it from the fryer, and toss in sugar and cinnamon.
  6. Serve the churros with the Arabeschi of your choice: PreGel Fragolissima Arabeschi® (Whole Strawberries) – 71002, PreGel Pino Pinguino® Original Arabeschi® (Chocolate Hazelnut) – 82272 or PreGel Coffee Crunch Arabeschi® (Coffee & Nut Crunches) – 17402.
