- 2 gallons whole milk
- 1 PreGel Dark Chocolate Sprint - 305818
- 1 PreGel Raspberry Sprint with Pieces - 305141
Method of Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in a large plastic bucket.
- Mix well for 2-3 minutes using an immersion blender.
- Let mix age and hydrate for ½ hour (optional).
- Strain through a fine sieve.
- Pour mix into soft serve machine and process according to manufacturer's instructions.
