Instructions
Place Maxima Sacher Mix and sugar in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment.
Mix on medium-low speed and slowly add brown butter.
Once all butter is added, continue mixing and slowly add egg whites.
Continue to mix until everything is well combined.
Pipe into a silicone mold or a buttered metal pan and bake at 190°C/375°F for 10-14 minutes.
