  1. Place Maxima Sacher Mix and sugar in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment.
  2. Mix on medium-low speed and slowly add brown butter.
  3. Once all butter is added, continue mixing and slowly add egg whites.
  4. Continue to mix until everything is well combined.
  5. Pipe into a silicone mold or a buttered metal pan and bake at 190°C/375°F for 10-14 minutes.
